1. How do I get my User ID and password?
You can go to: “Member Login” and click the “I Forgot my User ID & Password” button. You will be prompted to either enter your User ID to get your password, or enter your e-mail address to get your User ID. If neither of these options work for you, contact:

2. What is my member status?
You can go to “Member Profile” login, and there you can find your membership type, your membership start date, and your membership lapse date.

4. I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice). How can I get one?
You should receive a membership dues notice (e-invoice) 60 days before your membership ends, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the IASI database. After that you will receive a hard copy in the mail. If you have not received a membership dues confirmation notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database.

5. I paid my membership dues and have not received a confirmation notice. How do I get one?
If you renewed or joined on-line, you will receive an e-mail with your membership dues confirmation (receipt) attached, within 10-15 business days of the transaction. If you renewed or joined via a paper form, you will receive an e-mail with your membership dues confirmation (receipt) attached, within 10-15 business days of receipt of your form.

6. How can I change my mailing address, billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?
You can go to: “Member Profile” login and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the membership database. This does have a process time of approximately three hours.
If you don’t remember your UserID or Password, go to: “Member Login” and click the “I Forgot my User ID & Password” button. You will be prompted to either enter your User ID to get your password, or enter your e-mail address to get your User ID. If neither of these options work for you, contact:
